कल शाम एक फोन आया जिसमें उधर से कहा गया कि मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच से बोल रहा हूं, एक कंप्लेन है, मेल आईडी दीजिए. मैंने मेल आईडी एसएमएस कर दिया. जो कंप्लेन मेल पर प्रकट हुआ, उसे देखकर माथा पीटने का मन कर गया. पी7न्यूज के मुंबई ब्यूरो चीफ संजय प्रभाकर से संबंधित कुछ खबरें कई अखबारों में छपी थीं, जिनके लिंक किसी सज्जन ने मेल कर दिए भड़ास को और वे सारी खबरें भड़ास पर प्रकाशित कर दी गईं.
मतलब, नवभारत टाइम्स, मिड डे आदि की खबरों, जिनमें संजय प्रभाकर का नाम है, के भड़ास पर प्रकाशन से संजय प्रभाकर पिनक गए और मुंबई सीआईडी की क्राइम ब्रांच पहुंच गए. न्यू मीडिया, सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स, ब्लाग आदि पर सेंसरशिप के सरकारी प्रस्तावों पर चल रही बहस के इस दौर में एक पत्रकार ही दूसरे पत्रकार को पुलिस के जरिए सबक सिखाने की जुगत में लगा हुआ है, वह भी तब जब प्रकाशित कंटेंट कहीं और प्रकाशित हो चुका है और उस कंटेंट के मीडियाकर्मियों से संबंधित होने के कारण उसका प्रकाशन भड़ास4मीडिया पर किया गया.
अरे यार, शिकायत करते तो किसी ऐसी खबर की करते जिसे ओरीजनली हम लोगों ने प्रकाशित किया हो. पहले तुम नवभारत टाइम्स, मिडडे आदि की कंप्लेन करो, लड़ो और जीतो, फिर तब हमारे पास आना. पर इतनी औकात कहां कि संजय प्रभाकर नवभारत टाइम्स, मिडडे आदि से भिड़ जाएं. उन्हें तो आसान, सरल और सहज मुर्गा भड़ास दिखता है क्योंकि इसका संचालक सड़क छाप है, डाउनटूअर्थ है, आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम नहीं है.
फिर भी, संजय के प्रति मेरे मन में कोई गुस्सा या दुर्भावना नहीं है क्योंकि इस सिस्टम में अगर कोई व्यक्ति किसी से किसी रूप में पीड़ित महसूस करता है तो उसे लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से न्याय पाने का हक है और इस न्याय पाने की प्रक्रिया का पहला चरण ही होता है शिकायत दर्ज कराना. हालांकि इस कंप्लेन में दम नहीं है, फिर भी शिकायत को यहां इसलिए प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है ताकि कानूनी रूप से सक्षम साथी बता सकें कि इसका जवाब क्या और किस रूप में दिया जाए. yashwant@bhadas4media.com के जरिए मुझ तक अपनी राय पहुंचा सकते है.
