It has become a rare sight to see Indian pop music albums these days. When was the last time when you saw someone like Alisha Chinoy, Lucky Ali, Euphoria or Silk Route? The trend seems to have diminished in recent years, but now Anurag Dixit is certainly going to mark a bold statement with his upcoming release ‘Sounds Gr8!!’ “Musicians are making either Bollywood music or Punjabi music, the good old Hindi-pop seems to have lost somewhere. “says Anurag. “People like to hear Hindi pop and ‘Sounds Gr8’ is generating a lot of interest even before its release!” It’s a collection of 10 original songs with lots of fresh appeal. “Contrary to the common trend, we haven’t used computer programmed music in the album” says Anurag, “we have used all real instruments with a Live & organic feel which makes the album stand out!”

You could see people from all parts of the country writing exciting things about my music. I get so many e-mails asking about my album release.

Grammy award winner for Slumdog Millionaire’s ‘Jai ho’, sound engineer Deepak Pallikonda says "Anurag's music has originality & it's class apart from the regular Bollywood music!"
