The crew and star-cast of upcoming movie �I am Singh� was in city today for its promotion. At a colourful function held at Hotel Mountview , renowned actor Puneet Issar addressed the media and briefed that the movie hold a unique concept of mistaken identity. Flambuoyant Punjabi Singer Mika also presented glimpses of his melodious voice and sang a few music numbers from the movie. Explaining the concept, the writer and director of the movie Puneet Issar told, �I am Singh portrays the trials and tribulations of men whose stories were never highlighted. After the 9/11 tragedy in America, the Sikhs were targeted all over the world and were the victims of mistaken identity as being terrorists. The film highlights what happened to few such people and their fight against it.� The event also witnessed addresses by the Chandigarh based Producer of the movie Sardar Peshaura Singh Thind. Thind said, �Sikhs community holds its repute as being working and honest people. World-over the people have recognized that Sikhs have contributed significantly towards up-holding brotherhood and peace. This movie is a salute to Sikh ideology and to Punjabiyat in larger sense. The star cast of the movie comprises Punnet Issar, Tulip Joshi, Gulzar Chahal and Amy Rasimas. The movie has a blend of traditional and modern music with Daler Mehndi, Sukhwinder Singh and Monty Sharma being leading Music Directors. The major part of the movie is shot in�United States of America. Noted singer duo Daler Mehandi and Mika are also seen for the first time together in a guest appearance.
