Ludhiana, kulbir kalsi – Blenders Pride Punjab International Fashion Week Festive Winter’11 will witness 14 Indian and 2 international designers coming together to set new trends in fashion and business in the fashion hub of Punjab. BP PIFW endeavors to promote, support and nurture an enigmatic list of budding designers along with collections of established designers who have shown on Indian as well as international runways and have made a mark or created a spark in the industry. Four new young designers will debut the ramp for the ‘New Designer’ category along with, two international designers and 10 established Indian designers.
The stunning Bollywood stars Neeru Bajwa and Arjan Bajwa have been appointed as the Brand Ambassadors for BPPIFW. The stars were present to lend support and celebrate the launch of the most awaited fashion week to hit Punjab yet again this November.
Bikram Basu, VP-Marketing, Pernod Ricard India, the presenting sponsors of the fashion week said, “Blenders Pride has been at the vanguard of fashion with an association built over the years. The brand’s participation only helps build this association further and in one of the most promising markets in North.”
Mr. Gaurav Sharma, CEO Storm Fashion Company said, “Our vision to be a pan India fashion production and management company is further reaffirmed with producing BP PIFW and being our first initiative in North Indian market, we are committed to create a royal and path breaking event for Ludhiana and Punjab fashionistas.”

The grand opening of the fashion week was done by the Designer Duo Riyaz/Reshma Gangji with the exuberant and vibrant Veena Malik walking the ramp for the Designers. They presented their collection ‘Ethnic Evolution’ on Wednesday, 9th Nov at the Aveda Hotel, Ludhiana. The exquisite collection comprised of Maharaja Style Sherwanis, Lehengas and Sarees which was predominant in the Mughal era.
