Chandigarh, kulbir kalsi. Rotary Club of Chandigarh gifted a library of 300 books with a glass almirah to Vatika School for the Deaf and Dumb in Sector 19 here today.
Mrs. Neena Singh, President of the club said that these special children can
see and relate to the visuals much more easily, and the pictorial books
would help them in the learning process.
This is the 24th such library distributed in various schools in the city by
the Club under the Rotary Foundation.
The club intends to conduct more activities including health check up for
these children in the future, Mrs Neena Singh informed.
